These Standard Operating Procedures(SOP'S) are intended as a guide for trained and certified
OmniSwivel International repair technicians. Possession of these SOP'S does not qualify any
individual to service M&J Engineering / OmniSwivel International products. Improper servicing
can lead to serious injury or death. Only original parts are to be used in the servicing of all
products manufactured by OmniSwivel International. Any individual who services OmniSwivel
International products without being a certified repair technician approved by OmniSwivel
International does so at their own risk. Warranty is void for all products that are serviced by an
unqualified individual.
